AFSCME Council 13’s Education & Resources Department is hosting a three-part webinar series on becoming a union steward! Webinars will take place on September 21, 22, and 23 at 2:00-4:30 PM each day. This is a members-only training.

Participants MUST commit to attending all three sessions to become a certified Steward but can still participate in individual classes for sharpening skills!

Thursday, September 23 at 2:00 – 4:30 PM

The Steward Training series will wrap up with instruction on preparing and executing your presentation to be able to argue grievances. This final webinar will also cover what to expect during a pre-disciplinary conference (PDC) where a steward may be asked to provide representation for fellow union members.
